Personal Training Made Simple!
Personal Training
What is it?
Personal training is just that – student and coach working together to achieve the student's fitness goals. Some example goals are: losing weight, increasing flexibility, recovering from an injury, building strength, increasing speed or ramping up endurance but each student will either come in with unique goals or develop them over time. This gives the coach the unique opportunity to build workout routines specifically designed to help the student excel.
Who is the coach?
My name is Wally Jones. I have over 5 years experience teaching both adults and children in the movement arts. I am a martial artist, runner and weightlifter. I am always looking for new ways to push myself physically.
I am also a level I certified CrossFit trainer, who utilizes the CrossFit Method of Functional Fitness.
How much do you charge?
The first session is $20. In this introductory hour, students will be given a fitness assessment, be asked to lay out some basic goals and be given a workout to help them start to reach for those goals. Additional sessions are $45 an hour.
While the intro lesson is fixed at $20 per person, ongoing group training is available. Send me an email and I'll quote you a price.
Where are you located?
Classes are held at the Westside Academy of Kung Fu in Hillsdale Town Center, at 1509 SW Sunset Blvd.
When do you meet with clients?
Email me back at this address with your available times to make arrangements and get started ASAP.
